01How long does a video take?
Every project needs to be assessed for an accurate timeline, but the minimum is 4 to 7 days, depending on complexity, file availability, urgency and schedule.
02Do I need a finished script?
No. Script and storyboard are part of the process: from the brief, we write the copy and sketch the scenes before animating. If you already have a script, we can start from it.
03How many revision rounds are included?
There are 2 major revision rounds, which should follow the brief approved beforehand. So take your time, watch carefully and note down every change you want.
04Which formats will I receive?
The final files are delivered in the format they will be used in. For example, for Motion Ads: 9:16, 1080×1920, 2K or 4K, depending on the needs and details agreed for the project.
05What do I need to send to get started?
Details about the type of project (ads, SaaS, LED screen), your brand (website, logo, palette) and the production (30 s or 60 s length, copy, references).
